STARCH PROCESSING
Fresh roots are conveyed to cleaning and peeling machines to remove all dirt and sand. Then the roots are chopped and fed into high speed rasping device.
After extracted the roots into starch, it is reacted in reaction tanks, washed and seperated with Hydrocylones (Seperators). The liquid starch is purified; water
is then filtered out with high rpm of centrifugal dewatering.
The starch is dried in a cyclone of heated air. The processed starch is bagged and inspected, then ready to deliver to the customers or store at warehouse.
